Design support for creative businesses
Website and brand assets for brand-led businesses. End-to-end support for founders, creatives, consultants, and studios, without agency overhead or unnecessary complexity.
Hi - I’m Hayley
I’m a senior designer with 20 years’ experience across product, brand, and web. I help creative businesses build clear websites and visual systems that communicate what you do, who it’s for, and why it matters - fast.
I’m also a gallery-represented artist, so I understand the creative world from both sides: craft and commercial reality.
Sample Work
I work as a senior design partner for brand-led businesses — shaping clarity first, then translating it into well-designed websites, campaign pages, and visual assets. Some projects are full launches. Others are focused redesigns, content builds, or Pinterest-ready assets. Many continue into ongoing support. I work flexibly and adapt to what your business actually needs.

FAQs
Will I need a developer?
Not usually. Most projects can be designed and built in Squarespace or Shopify without custom development. If something truly needs a developer, I’ll tell you early and keep it simple.
Can you customise sites on Squarespace and other website builders?
Yes — design, layout, styling, page structure, and content. I can also help refine what you already have so it feels more intentional and premium.
Why can’t I just use a template and do it myself?
You absolutely can. Templates are a great starting point. The difference is clarity, cohesion, and execution — the parts that make the site feel confident, not “assembled.”
Do I need analytics or is that part of the website build?
I can set up the basics (GA4, Search Console, Pinterest tags where needed) and make sure the site is trackable. I keep it lightweight unless you want deeper reporting.
Do you do logo design?
Yes — but I usually recommend building a simple brand system around it (type, colour, layout rules, and assets). If you only need a logo with no wider direction, a specialist logo designer may be a better fit.
Are you the right fit for my business?
If you care about design, clarity, and building something that feels like you — yes. If you want the cheapest option or heavy agency process, I’m probably not the right match.
